Le Zoo at L’Usine
At Place des Volontaires 4, L’Usine has been a self-run cultural centre since 1989, and Le Zoo is its dance room: techno, trance, queer nights, often until the early hours. Fair prices, mixed crowd, a sound system that hits. New to Geneva after dark? Start here.
Audio Club
Opened in November 2017 in a former screen-printing factory in Les Acacias, Audio Club quickly became the temple of Geneva’s underground electronic scene, with international guests between resident nights. Address: Rue Boissonnas 20. Lancy-Pont-Rouge station is a five-minute walk, or take the tram to Industrielle or Pictet-Thellusson, or bus 11 to Epinette.
Motel Campo
On Route des Jeunes, also in Les Acacias, Motel Campo is the house and techno spot where Geneva crews book their favourite DJs. Les Acacias is basically Geneva’s techno district: Audio and Motel Campo are a few minutes’ walk apart.
La Gravière
The “independent culture” club La Gravière isn’t only techno (afrobeats, bass, jungle, live hip-hop), but its electronic nights are well worth it.

Tips for a techno night
Techno nights start late and end early: arriving before 1 am often means skipping the queue. Bring ID, earplugs (your ears will thank you in ten years) and respect club rules on photos.
